2024 Waterpolo Information
Calling all Water Polo Registrations! We are super excited about trying this new sport out so lets see if we can get a school team together and give it a go! The competition starts on Wednesday 24th July and runs for ten weeks (25th Sept).
Season: Term 3 2024
Dates: Wednesday 24th July - Wednesday 25th September
Venue: Stokes Valley
Years: Year 5/6 teams
Cost: $50 per player - min/max team of 8
Grades are Year 5/6 (5-aside - one goalie and four field players). The games are played at Stokes Valley Pool between 4pm and 6pm, are 2x10min halves, and gear is provided.
Players must be at least 1.2 metres tall and water confident as pool depth is between 1.2 and 1.4m
However, we need parental support to help us with this opportunity. We need at least one parent manager or coach per team please, to be responsible for the team and on the day to sub the players on and off plus we need to provide a scorer on the day. Without this help we are unable to enter teams in the competition.
The cost to participate in this Flipperball competition is $50 per player. We welcome payment online via HERO or internet banking. Please include your child’s name and netball as reference. Our bank details are:

Payment for your child’s participation must be received to confirm spot in team. The team Manager will receive updates on the team, the competition or anything else related to your team from the Oxford Crescent School Sports Coordinator Tania Lister. The Team Manager is responsible for passing this information onto the team.

2022 Flipperball Information

Calling all Flipperball Registrations! We are super excited about trying this new sport out so lets see if we can get a school team together and give it a go! The competition starts on Tuesday 18th October and runs for eight weeks (6th Dec).
Season: Term 4 2022
Dates: Tuesday 18th October - Tuesday 6th December
Venue: H20 Extreme
Years: Year 5/6 teams
Cost: $40 per player - minimum team of 10
Grades are Year 5/6 (8-aside - one goalie and seven players). The games are played at H20 Extreme in Upper Hutt between 3.30pm and 5.50pm, are 2x12 min halves, and gear is provided.
Players must be at least 1.2 metres tall and water confident.

The cost to participate in this Flipperball competition is $40 per player Fee includes a free swim at H20 Xtream before or after their game.
